ZerinDrury.com is an online platform for purchasing original mixed media paintings and fine art prints created by Zerin Drury Art Limited. All artworks are original and hand-crafted, ensuring each piece's uniqueness.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, and artwork, is owned by the artist, Zerin Drury and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

4. Purchase Agreement
By placing an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the product description, or errors in your order.

5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. Payment can be made through Wix Payments. All transactions are processed securely.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Fine Art Prints

All Fine Art prints are made to order and dispatched directly from our independent printers in the UK.
For UK delivery please allow up to 10 working days.
For ROW delivery this will vary depending on location.

Originals

Originals need to be prepared and packaged appropriately.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location. ZerinDrury.com is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Buyers are responsible for all customs and taxes in their own country.

7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will provide instructions for returning the item and processing a refund or exchange.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zerin Drury Art Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or the purchase of our products.
